Hand Built Teapot Sunday January 12th from 4pm to 6pm- Delta Junction

In this class we will be building a functional teapot. This class is beginner friendly and will accommodate six students. Students will be rolling out clay slabs, using a tool to cut out their clay pieces using a template and constructing them together. The price of the class includes 2 hour of class time and an additional trip to glaze the pottery once it's fired. Students must return to glaze BEFORE December 15th if they want this back by Christmas to give as a gift.

This class is for adults aged 16 and up due to the complexity. If you have smaller children who want to come for a class, please contact the studio about available classes for them.

We ask that students please remember that pottery is a process and that things can happen during firing. Pieces can crack or break, the studio does not offer a refund for this as unfortunately this is a part of pottery. We will try to mend your project the best we can and of course want everyone to feel successful in class.

This template was provided by another artist on Etsy. Here is a link to their page :https://www.etsy.com/shop/ThePotteryWheelShop?ref=l2-about-shopname&from_page=listing. One pattern per student will be purchased to support the artist or their contribution to our class.

Follow Up and Contact Info: When signing up you must give your correct email or phone number, the studio must be able to contact you to let you know when your pottery is ready and email you directions to get to the studio.

Refund and Reschedule Policy: The studio does not offer refund for classes as we order enough supplies to accommodate our class sales and expectations. If you cannot make it to class, you must find someone to take your space or give your class to. If that is the case the student must meet the class age requirements, and the studio must be informed via email.
